A member of the Bastet Noir team visits our partner ateliers on a weekly basis. These visits provide us with regular, real-time insights into working conditions, quality standards, and overall well-being of our collaborators.
Communication is continuous. We maintain open lines of dialogue to ensure that concerns are heard, support is available, and improvements are made swiftly when needed.
Because all pieces are made-to-order and crafted locally, we are able to maintain a short, traceable supply chain. This allows for greater accountability and full visibility into each step of our production process.
Our partners are fully briefed on Bastet Noir’s Supplier Code of Conduct, which covers ethical labor standards, fair wages, environmental responsibility, and gender empowerment. Adherence to this Code is a non-negotiable condition of our partnerships.
In addition to monthly visits, we conduct regular internal reviews to identify areas for improvement and further align our operations with our values of transparency and sustainability.
