Linen

Linen
Linen is a very comfortable and breathable plant- based material that dries faster than cotton, which makes it perfect for summer garments.
Although linen is similar to cotton, it is made quite differently: from fibers derived from the stems of the flax plant instead of the bolls that grow around cotton seeds. Manufacturing linen, however, is much more laborious and resource-intensive than making cotton.
The positive property of this fabric is that it's both hand-washable or dry-cleanable. But the downside of it is that it wrinkles easily. However, this fabric is known to stand the test of time as washing linen based clothes makes the fabric stronger, shinier, and softer.
The linen fabric we use is deadstock, meaning we give left over fabrics a second chance to become something amazing.
