Standard-sized preorders that are not purchased with a discount code or through a sale are eligible for exchanges and refunds.

The maximum time between placing your order and filing for an order cancellation or an exchange is 10 days. See more info about this here.

The customer is subject to covering the costs of shipping. We offer two options:

1. Shipment organized by us through the DHL Express service. The fee is $95 and covers shipment from and back to your address.

2. Shipment organized by your own preferred shipment company. With this option we cannot guarantee when we will receive the item. Shipment back to your address is an additional charge of $50, organized by us with DHL Express.

Pack the item together with its original pouch and send it back to us in a plastic flyer. If you are organizing the shipment yourself, send us an email requesting our shipment address.

Once we receive the item, we will stay in contact with you via email to facilitate the rest of the process.
