Everything You Need To Know
If a return is approved, your refund will be processed minus the return postage and applicable transaction fees. These deductions help cover the costs of handling and processing returns.
The customer is subject to covering the costs of shipping. We offer two options:
1. Shipment organized by us through the DHL Express service. The fee is for option is $100 and covers shipment from and back to your address. The garment should be sent back in its original packaging, placed inside a plastic flyer bag (no cardboard boxes).
2. Shipment organized by your own preferred shipment company. With this option we cannot guarantee when we will receive the item. Shipment back to your address is an additional charge of $55, organized by us with DHL Express. The garment should be sent back in its original packaging, placed inside a plastic flyer bag (no cardboard boxes).
All items purchased through our website, which are either on sale or have been purchased using a discount code can not be returned or refunded. This includes the discount code used through our subscription letter. This does not apply to exchanges, as they can be facilitated on orders purchased with a discount.
Preorders purchased at full price (not using a discount code or during a sale) are eligible for exchanges and refunds within 10 days of placing your order. If you choose to cancel your preorder within this 10-day window, we will issue a refund minus the transaction fees charged by the payment provider. After the 10-day period ends, you can still cancel your preorder at any time, but a fee of 30% of the retail price will apply.
